What makes your cookies luxury?
Small batch. Handmade. Organic ingredients you can actually pronounce. Our cookies are crafted with the same intentionality you'd expect from a high-end experience — bold flavors, thoughtful ingredients, and an elevated presentation. We firmly believe indulgence is an experience. Not just a snack.
When do cookies ship?
To preserve freshness, we ship cookies on Monday-Thursday. To ensure your treats aren't just stilling in some warehouse. All orders placed by Thursday 5pm will be shipped on Monday.
Allow 3-5 business days for cookies to arrive.
What is the shelf life?
We recommend storing them in a secret cookie vault guarded by a dragon. If one isn't available, an airtight container at room temperature works just fine.
Shelf life is One week at room temperature — we don't use preservatives, so cookies stay at peak freshness for 5 days. If you're not planning to indulge within the week, pop them in the freezer as soon as they arrive. They'll keep beautifully for up to 5 months. Thaw and enjoy. You deserve that.
Are your cookies really vegan?
I'm sure it's hard to believe but, absolutely! Absolutely. Our cookies are so vegan, even the cows are impressed. Free from eggs, dairy, processed white sugar, and honey — always. We also use organic ingredients, so Mother Nature sends us thank-you cards regularly.
Are your cookies gluten-free?
Our classic cookie line is not gluten-free. However— shoutout to Auntie Tab — we do have a dedicated Gluten-Free Me Box line! Three options available: The Sugar Lavender GF Box, The Coco C'rispy GF Box, and The Assorted GF Box. Same intentional ingredients. Same indulgence. Zero gluten. Find them in our shop.
Do your cookies contain any allergens?
While our treats are crafted with the utmost care, they are produced in a shared commercial kitchen and may have crossed paths with nuts, wheat, peanuts, dairy, tree nuts, soy, and gluten. We take every precaution to minimize cross-contact. If you or the recipient has a severe allergy, we recommend consulting with your doctor before consuming. Cocoa's Cookies is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from consumption of our products.

What’s your refund policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. However, we are fully committed to making things right if there is a quality issue, damage, or error on our end. Reach out to us at hello@cocoascookies.com and we'll take care of you.
If you wish to cancel your order: As long as your order has not shipped yet, email hello@cocoascookies.com with your order number and request to cancel, and our team will handle it from there.
