I'm Bessie Barnes, the founder and curator behind this little

Growing up, I always had a passion for food and a love for all things sweet (my dentist can attest to this). But as I became more conscious of what I was putting into my body and the impact it had, I realized that there was a gap in the market for delicious, healthy treats that didn't compromise on taste or quality.

So, in April of 2023, Cocoa's Cookies was born! A childhood nickname that stuck even in adulthood. Our boutique is dedicated to crafting mouthwatering cookies using only the finest organic ingredients. From sourcing ethically grown lavender to hand-selecting locally sourced herbs and spices, every step of our baking process is infused with a commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
