I'm Bessie Barnes, the founder and curator behind this little
slice of vegan, organic cookie heaven. Growing up, I always had a passion for food and a love for all things sweet (my dentist can attest to this). But when I became a mom this drove me to become more conscious of what I was putting into my body and the impact. I realized there was a gap in the market for delicious, healthy treats that didn't compromise on taste or quality.

So, in April of 2023, Cocoa's Cookies was born! A childhood nickname that stuck even in adulthood. Our boutique is dedicated to crafting mouthwatering cookies using only the finest organic ingredients. The menu seasonally rotates because nature has a rhythm and good food respects it.
When ingredients are at their best, our cookies are too. That’s why some flavors leave and come back even better. Strawberries shine in the spring in time for the Spiced Strawberry Basil. Citrus warms the winter with our Orange Clove-Berry cookie. Spices deepen as the air cools for the Sugar Ginger and Spiced Sweet Potato Pie. When ingredients are in season, cookies taste better. Period.
